This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds related to our consultation services for natural pest management of indoor botanical collections.
Consultation Services
Our services consist primarily of consultation and advisory services. As these are intangible services that are provided upon delivery, standard return policies for physical products do not apply.
If you are not satisfied with our consultation services, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues.
Refund Requests
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of service delivery
- Provide details about your concerns
- Allow us the opportunity to address the issue
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find an alternative time.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. We are committed to addressing concerns fairly and promptly.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute through direct communication, we may suggest mediation or other appropriate dispute resolution methods.
